Joining headliners Tim McGraw and Kelsea Ballerini along with the already announced additions of Midland, Drake White and The Big Fire, Travis Collins and more; C2C has announced some Wolf favourites to the lineup, including international stars Eric Paslay, RaeLynn and Jess Moskaluke.

Joining the US and Canadian additions are Gold Coast’s Casey Barnes, who will be supporting the Davisson Brothers in their upcoming Australian tour this month and Australian industry heavyweights Adam Eckersley Band.

The Australian edition the UK’s hugely successful C2C Festival is shaping up to be quite the rival to CMC Rocks which has long been the sole leader for bringing international acts to Australia. Unlike CMC Rocks which uses a more common festival style of an outdoor stage in a field, C2C is set in an arena.

Before his first trip down under, Eric Paslay was making waves as a song writer in Nashville having penned several #1 hits including ‘Barefoot Blue Jean Night’ ( Jake Owen), ‘Angel Eyes’ (Love & Theft) and ‘Even If It Breaks Your Heart’ (Eli Young Band) . In 2011 Lady Antebellum recorded ‘Friday Night’for their ‘Own The Night’ album (2011), which he also wrote. Feeling the song would make a great single (we thought so too!), Eric recorded it himself and released it as a solo artist.

Who did it best? The Lady A recording of Paslay’s ‘Friday Night’ or his own take:

The music video featured a small cameo by fellow artist and one half of country duo, “Big & Rich”. Pasley released a single in 2015, “High Class” and the music video features some familiar faces, including Maddie & Tae and Lady Antebellum. This isn’t Pasley’s first trip down under, having performed previously at CMC Rocks 2017.

Jess Moskaluke first came on our radar a while back when she released her hit single ‘Kiss Me Quiet’ (2015). She has won a number of awards in her home of Canada and is one of the many Canadians knocking on Nashville’s door. Here at The Wolf Australia we regularly feature Jess and fellow Canadians in the music mix.

Raelynn has developed a cult following down under and we are excited for her to make her way here for C2C. She started out as a contestant on The Voice (US) under guidance from team coach and country megastar Blake Shelton, RaeLynn launched her professional career soon after.

After receiving a bit of backlash for her first hit single ‘God Made Girls’ (In the words of a fellow blonde but former country artist – ‘Haters Gonna Hate Hate Hate), for promoting a sense of ownership of women to men, RaeLynn has continued to grow and pumped out new hits including ‘Lonely Call’, listen below:

Joining these international stars is an Aussie country champion in Casey Barnes who has been making waves locally. He’s also hot on the heels for success in America thanks to a partnership with Pro Bull Riding (PBR) which has seen Casey perform in the USA.

Those of you attending the Davisson Brothers Aussie tour will get the chance to see Casey perform as their opening act.

Casey along with Kiwi and fellow C2C performer Kaylee Bell are two local artists MJ has tipped to crack the US following recent success for Seaforth and Morgan Evans.

“I’ve been busting to share this news for months! So excited to join this stellar lineup & play a bunch of brand new songs too! “
